THANKS TO YOUR GENEROSITY DURING LENT a donation of $510 has been received by ELCA Good Gifts. We met our goal of purchasing a cow! A family can receive the nutrition they need and also start a small business selling extra milk, cheese and more. With food, funds and fertilizer, the gift of a cow has got it all. As a bonus, we were also able to purchase chicks! When chicks grow up to become chickens, their eggs not only provide an ongoing supply of protein-rich meals — they can also help start a small business and generate a steady source of income.
A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Garry, Kyle, and Mason Miller for their hard work in cleaning up the elm tree that was removed from the church property. We appreciate you guys!
OUR LITTLE FOOD PANTRY could use some supplies! Frequently taken items include mac and cheese, tuna, canned chicken, mashed potatoes, cereal, stuffing, baby food, and snacks like crackers, fruit snacks, popcorn, etc. Thank you for your generosity!
WOMEN’S RETREAT – September 22, 23, and 24 at Luther Point Bible Camp. Please see the insert in your bulletin for more informaiton!
